What's In A Title?

The blog title is my take on my favourite quote from Stephenie Meyer's Twilight novel, when Bella realises she is in love with vampire Edward. My version is slightly less impressive than that in the book but never the less true:


"About three things I was absolutely positive, first I was an obsessed crafter, second, there was a part of me - and I didn't know how potent that part might be, that thirsted for beautiful craft materials, dies, stamps, papers, cardstock etc, and third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with scrapbooking and cardmaking"

Perfectly Preserved Samples


I have almost finished making a range of samples for Caroline to display at a Stampin' Up! party in October.  I have two partly made cards to finish and that's it, I need to move onto something else.  I love how versatile the stamp set, dies and gorgeous co-ordinating papers are.  I've made a few birthday cards and gift bags, a Valentine's card, Christmas card and gift box, a jar full of jelly beans (from Julie's training night) and a mini handbag.  I've also bought some big fancy glass jars and I'm going to decorate them and give them as Christmas gifts rather than buying shop bought stuff.

    OMG your patience knows no bounds, I love the bag on the right with the cut out window, clever lady, it's lovely :) The jars are so cute, can't wait to get back to creating this week ;)
